QNG collaborated with Stimmwerck
Vocal ensemble Stimmwerck and QNG had been invited by the „International Paul Hofhaymer Gesellschaft“ to perform a concert together. It took place on 12th december in the „Künstlerhaus“ in Salzburg. For the programm we selected Franco-Flemish polyphonic love songs and their arrangements and diminutions by Josquin, Senfl, Gombert, Agricola, Gallus and Clemens non Papa. The central piece was the première of „Aestus erat“ by Viennese composer Michael Amann for doubble quartet with texts out of the „Amores“ by Roman poet Ovidius.
